Muay Thai is a martial art used in close combat where the body imitates weapons. The hands act as sword, the forearm and shins as armor and the elbow acts as a hammer. If you want to learn Muay Thai could there be a better place than it’s origin Thailand? James has formally studied Muay Thai and just tweeted that he’s off to Thailand for Muay Thai training.

Hopefully he’s bringing back some sweet moves for Arrow Season 3.
In addition it will be a thrill for him to meet Tony Jaa, star of the incredible Ong Bak. Tony has been filming Skin Trade, a Thai-Canadian production with Celina and James’ friend Mike Dopud.
