Stephen Amell on injuries on Arrow:
“I’ve remained catastrophic injury free because our stunt team are the best in the business.”
High praise from Arrow’s leading man, but it’s sincere. He goes on to explain that even in the upcoming climactic sequence of the fall finale episode where he does 100% of the stunts, his stunt double Simon Burnett was always there offering advice.
