James Directing NCIS: Hawai’i

If you’ve been following James Bamford on Instagram you’ve probably seen his posts from Waikiki, Hawai’i. James is currently prepping to direct an episode of the NCIS franchise’s latest show, NCIS: Hawai’i. The episode number and title of the episode James is directing hasn’t yet been released.

The series stars Vanessa Lachey as Jane Tennant, the leader of the team of naval investigators and a single mom. Kian Talan plays her son, Alex. Yasmin Al-Bustami stars as Lucy, a junior member of the team and the cyber-intelligence expert, Ernie is played by Jason Antoon. The series also stars Canadian actors Tori Anderson and Noah Mills, as well as New Zealand actor, Alex Tarrant.

James recently shared that he’ll be working with Brian Keaulana, whose resumé includes big wave surfer, lifeguard, entrepreneur, legendary stunt performer and stunt co-ordinator. Brian is known as an expert on water stunts.

The premiere of NCIS: Hawai’i airs in the US on Monday 20 September 10pm ET on CBS.
